George Palomba, has been involved in real estate construction and development since 1977. A graduate of the University of Dayton School of Engineering, George was an active developer/builder in the Boulder/Denver metro area for 10 years. He was also a licensed contractor in North Carolina, having built single family homes in the golf course community of Pinehurst, North Carolina.
Since 1987 George has developed and sold numerous single- family sites and custom homes in the Delaware, Chester County and Montgomery County areas.
Along with a strong background in real estate development, George is also a licensed real estate broker, and unlike many other builders, brings an understanding of not only value, but also of what people want and expect in new home construction and real estate acquisition.
With an attitude that no detail is too small to miss, you can be assured that the quality will be second to none.
Our homes are outstanding in every way and not the mass-produced variety that is found all too often in the marketplace today.
Here are a few of George’s local projects:

The very first project he built entirely on his own from the ground up and did all of the work himself. This is when he realized he wanted to leave his family retail business and venture out into the building/developing world. He acquired great appreciation for a hard work ethic and every detail needed.
In a world of computers, machinery and big business, building a home takes good old-fashioned grit, integrity, strength and know how. Every detail is done by hand one swing of the hammer at a time. Bruce finds these details rewarding and it continuously draws him to this business along with all of its intricacies at the highest level.
In 1994 Bruce purchased his first piece of land and built 6 custom homes ranging in price from $550,000 to $1.2 million dollars near St. David’s in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
In 1997 he moved on to acquiring a 25-acre property in Broomall, Pennsylvania and constructed 43 semi-custom homes ranging from $350,000 to $750,000.
In 1999 Bruce purchased 6 acres in Broomall, Pennsylvania and built 17 townhomes valued at $300,000 to $475,000.
In 2000 Bruce went deep into the details of a truly custom home and built a 12,000 square foot home worth $3.5 million dollars.
Bruce’s motto is that he builds each house as if he is building it for himself.
For the past 10 years Bruce’s son Ryan Baltaian has been his right-hand man. Ryan with his artistic, architectural background and perfect nature has been learning, absorbing and perfecting, bringing his own ingenuity to the mix.
They thoroughly enjoy working with people, understanding their vision of what “home” looks like to them and bringing the vision to life.
